Choose Restore and type the words, or come in and we will do it with you.

Step by step

Stay calm. Your Bitcoin is safe as long as you have your backup words on paper.
Get your new phone and install the same wallet app (the name is on your help card).
Open it and choose Restore or I already have a wallet. Do not choose "Create new".
Type your backup words in the same order, carefully.
Your balance appears again. It can take a few minutes.
